For starters, it took 5 minutes to get seated. This should have been our first clue how the visit was going to be. Our server seemed nice enough, but once we got our food, we were largely ignored. Then, when it came time to leave, it was a huge hassle to pay our check. The girl at the register said flat out "I can't cash you out because you weren't my table" then disappeared for a minute and then suddenly, she COULD cash us out "I'm ready!" The saving grace for this visit was that the food was hot and fresh  and tasted good. Overall, it was really less than "okay" but I didn't fully "dislike" it. I am quite disappointed though.

Went in for a late lunch. Irritated people were waiting to order, receive drink refills or their bill. While we were seated right away, it took several minutes to receive menus. No one took our drink order after 15 minutes. The waitress, who seemed to be working alone, spent more time in the kitchen chatting up the chef(s) than anything else. We were told we would be served "in just a moment" three or four times. After nearly 20 minutes, we walked out. The waitress apologised profusely,  but other patrons still looked angry at the very poor service. We went to the IHOP on west Grant, instead. This HAD been one of my favorite breakfast places, however I will not return here, ever.

Second time the service has sucked bad. They were forgetting tables with people sat in to the servers not knowing their own menu,  taking 3 times to get orders right, to over charging items & the cashier ladies too busy gossiping about going to the club later that night then to take my payment or even say thank you or have a good day. Will not be coming back till they get their act together. But hey the food was great when they did get it right.

Clean and always friendly. This location is in s bust part of town but you would never know it due to the high level of customer service. Never have had a bad experience at this IHOP.

Service was fast and food was cooked perfectly! I am particular with eggs over medium! I had the Smokehouse Combo. It looked so good that I dug into it right away and forgot to snap a pic.  It really is a shame !   My server , Matthew , was very attentive ! Good man Matthew! Job well done !
