We stopped here for breakfast.  The server Taylor was terrible.  We were seated for 20 minutes before our order was taken.  It took another 25 minutes to get out food.  The manager ended up coming our meal.  No apologies from good Ile Taylor.

I know it's a chain restaurant, but I Hops are all ways consistent, high quality food with a great selection for any diet. This one is no exception. Great service, great food, great coffee. I had the Colorado omlet with 2 sausage links for my side. Perfect for my Keto diet and I loved every last bite. Hot, fresh, and filling at a decent price.

The food was alright but we had a very rude waitress. As me and 2 others walk in, Jennifer walks up to us with a dead look in her face as if we were a burden. I then said just 3. She proceeds to make a moking facial expression and counts out loud and points  at each one of us. She then says you know I went to kindergarten and I can count to 3. She then proceeds to complain to us and say that she is being rude because her management told her that she can't drink her energy drinks and we can't be mad at her. When the food arrived she tossed the plates on the table and walked away. Very poor experience. I will not eat here again and will express my opinion towards this restaurant whenever the opportunity arises.

Service wasn't  the best.   The sweet tea was just tea with sugar added and paying the bill was slow.  Food was acceptable

Service was horrendous. The wait staff wasn't knowledgeable about the daily deals. My children where treated like third rate citizens if that. And when we brought the attention the manager they acted like we were still in the wrong even though we proved that we were right according to their own poster at the door. Now l remember we don't go there.
