USUALLY GOOD. They have a habit of runnig out of Promotional items. Like caramel topping. They don't have a baster, but present eggs over easy! But the waitresses are all very nice. And make adjustments.

This is by far the worst IHOP I've seen. My first experience was horrible. My girlfriend and myself had to wait 30 minutes just for someone to take out order. Then another 45 minutes to get our food. A table of who walked in about 20 minutes after we did got what they ordered way before we did. A few weeks later I called to place an order over the phone, someone picked up and asked my hold for a few seconds, I said sure not knowing that a few seconds would turn into 8:02 minutes of holding. (No one came back to the phone). I do no recommend this IHOP to anyone. And I suggest that corporate send someone out real fast because this restaurant is giving IHOP a bad name.

My family frequents, or tries to frequent, this IHOP. I say try because usually when we try going it's so packed people are waiting outside and the restaurant is small and when busy the service and food isn't great. Usually you leave pretty disappointed after waiting 30-45 mins plus to have a less than desirable experience. 

Now tonight, we went late. And we were the ONLY people there. The waitress was awesome and the food was great, hot, and quick! So I guess it really just boils down to when you go and who you get as a waiter. I voted three stars just because I know they're capable of a good time but just lack consistency.

Waffles were a bit too fluffy . More like giant pancakes. Chicken was nice and crips though. BBQ sauce was a bit gross and I love all kinds of BBQ sauce usually.

I love this location. We got served by Terry and he is an excellent employee. We are definitely going back to this location when we are back in Florida.  Keep up the good work Terry.
