The greatest waffles anywhere. 7:30 pm last night we were lucky to have the best service from a really nice waitress. My friend ordered breakfast and said it was very good.

Staff was not visible I had to ask some people who looked like customers if the place is open and they stood up and did me favor and got me some service. Junkies in line asking me to buy them food... The staff did not care at all! My French Fries were cold and a small portion I could barely feed a kid with it. This review will stand here until it changes, good luck.

This is my local IHOP, the service is acceptable, the waitresses are pleasant at times, you definetly know when someone is having a bad day in there. I must admit its always packed so they must being doing something right. Say hello to Mary, she's always a pleasure to talk to.

I'm rating this 5 stars because of Ashley that took care of us. When me and my girlfriend called the person that answered the phone was very unprofessional... Refused to take our order and was very nasty. Ashley and the manager was very helpful. Ashley made a huge Impact on our visit as he has been the previous times we've been there. Very nice relateble, kind, caring, I feel like she's one of the people at a job that make such a huge difference but probably goes un appreciated. She's the reason my family left happy and I feel comfortable and safe to have my baby girl taken care of. She even offered my daughter apple 🍏 sauce.... You just don't get that kind of care anywhere and we appreciate her. Kudos to Ashley and holding down the company. People like her truly make a difference and keep customers coming back. I feel she should be a Manger at this establishment.

Slow service. If you're really hungry just skip this place you may pass out from hunger. I waited for my coffee alone for 40mins. Never going again.
