First I would rate them a FAT ZERO. Poor customer service. The staff ATTITUDE is like you, the patient, works for the staff. When I asked for an appointment the earliest was 2 1/2 weeks.  Then I get a call back the next day they have a opening. During In Take, I asked the therapist what his qualification were he said "It was no Concern of mine". There's more negative issues but why bother. This operation could care less about the type of service given. So I walked OUT.

The staff does not contact you for appointments, they are rude,unfriendly and act like they hate their jobs
