I’m normally not a reviewer, but this was bad. The cleanliness was poor. The kids taking orders were nice but extremely slow. The shake I ordered was straight milk and I threw it away without drinking it. Never going here again.
Shout out to Michael! He was super friendly, my two kids thought he was hilarious, and he was just awesome! The ice cream was also good.
Ice cream inside Provo Beach. Friendly staff. They were knowledgeable and sensitive to gluten allergies. That alone is worth so much. Not as expensive as I was expecting. Perfect for a hot afternoon. Contrary to google maps it is not closed.
We ordered a churro sundae. We were given vanilla ice cream with two churros with burnt ends and no caramel or whipped cream. They gave it to us and said sorry there is no whipped cream. We were only offered a sample size spoon. When we asked for two regular spoons the worker said he was only allowed to give us one and that we’d have to share. When I went back up and asked for caramel the worker rolled his eyes and squeezed a tiny blob of cold caramel into the cup. Definitely was not worth the price or the lousy service. It is not a sundae if there are no toppings. The tables were all dirty and there were no napkins. Pretty much any other ice cream place in Provo is better than this. Super disappointed. Won’t be coming back.
Inexpensive treats, yummy Dole Whip. Cute 50s diner look.
Honestly decent ice cream. Not terribly priced. But probably some of the worst service I’ve had. It took around 10 minutes to order 5 things. The workers didn’t seem to have any idea what they were doing. If you want ice cream in Provo, just go somewhere else. It’s worth it to drive somewhere else
Love this place so much. Employees are awesome and ice cream and Dole floats are amazing.
Ice cream was freezer burnt and no normal size spoons offered a fork or sample spoon. I ordered a Caramel Sunday but there caramel was in the fridge and not hot enough to come out of the bottle so I got a little drizzle on top. Most likely not going again.
Great atmosphere. A great recreation of a 50s ice cream parlor with signs, uniforms, tables, music, and decor. The Dole whip is reasonably priced. The ice cream flavors are classics. Staff is friendly.
For a little ice cream shop in an entertainment center, it has great prices! They make their waffle cones by hand, which makes them just that much better. I had the churro sundae when I went which was delicious!
