Giving it a 5 star plus because it deserves it. I had never been to an IKEA in the US but visited the one in Germany back in the day and I feel that they have kept the same high class European standard of food and furniture. The wash rooms are very clean and even provide free diapers for the little ones. Don't forget that food and furniture is quite cheap for the high quality products with great discounts available. Did I mention that food is served in REAL utensils and silverware and you feel like you are dining in a 4 star restaurant? So much good things to say about this place.

IKEA IKEA IKEA. This place is amazing. Much to our amazement this is the first IKEA store we have gone to that is one story. For those who are use to the two story set up with the cafe and restaurant right at the door this might throw you off a bit. You have to walk through the showroom before you arrive to the restaurant. This is great if you are previewing the showroom and then eating and then going to the self serve. For us it’s a little out of the way because we normally just eat and go to self serve. Be sure to get the family membership. It saves on several items. The staff at this location is new but everyone helped us with our needs. A lot of items were out of stock just because of the holiday rush I feel like but this store also just opened. Here is to 2018! It is a great location. Must visit In the DFW area.

My wife's happy place! Great location and excellent service personnel. (First post was 5 stars, but today's service made me change my opinion) Today, January 14, as my wife and I were in line, with only 5 small items to pay and in the conveyor belt, (3 picture frames, a coffee carafe, and a bag for the bathroom), the cashier told us that the line was closed and, who appeared to be her supervisor, told me that she has been trying to leave for an hour. I told them that the light was on when I got into the line. I was told, in not a very nice way or with another alternative, to get into another line, the shorter being of around 5 customers. I told them that I was not! I went to talk to someone who told me he was the customer service manager, but he also never offered anything. Just told me he was going to talk with the employees...we left with no solutions, and we've been coming to this location since Day 1....sad..

Love the staff! Super friendly and helpful. Everything you will ever need for your home is inside this building. Great location. Just wear your walking shoes and make sure you come prepared to spend money. The food looked great and there is live music. If you shop right then it can be very affordable. ALERT:This store is addicting!

So happy to have an IKEA closer to me. The store was busy when I went but it was a fun trip. So many amazing home ideas and great prices. Lunch was delicious and super affordable as well. Can't wait for my next trip!
