Il Fiorista
"Il Fiorista is many things - all of them centered around the beautiful benefits of flowers. Our NoMad location is home to a restaurant and education center that celebrates the various ways in which we can incorporate flowers into our lives. Our ever-evolving menu is seasonally inspired by a Mediterranean style through global influence. We source organic, local ingredients from our friends wherever possible and use humanely raised proteins. We have a full bar, including cocktails that change with each harvest. We also offer classes – from DIY bouquet-making to pasta-making and mixology 101 – as well as a private event space. Our restaurant also houses a small gift shop.We are committed to sustainability and social responsibility."

My favorite dishes from this Italian restaurant are grilled Bronzino, Beet salad and fried calamari. The calamari is tender and crispy, lightly breaded. Grilled Bronzino was cooked perfectly. We plan to go back here in June for a farewell party.Food: 5/5
Run don’t walk. I’m from New Orleans and I’ll say possibly the best service and food I’ve had in a long time. Lobster pasta - beet salad - lave cake were absolutely delicious. Bartender was outstandingFood: 5/5
Attended a work event here and had a grand time! Drinks were great along with finger food like meatballs, mushroom arancini, sliders, and chicken skewers. The highlight was the bouquet station where we could create our own batch to take home. Super fun! Shout out to Karina and Armando for great attention and support.Food: 4/5
As a walk in on a Saturday night, I was pleasantly surprised; not only to be given a table, but first class service, delicious food, and portions so generous I have an entire second meal. The waitstaff was attentive, friendly, and generous, and the tasting menu had such flavorful food it was hard to stop myself from finishing every bite, but then I might not have made it through my dessert course! I did! Do yourself a favor and stop in, you will be glad you did!
Special little gem. Great service and food. The white bolognese is spectacular. Go now!Food: 4/5
This is my favorite restaurant in NYC that never disappoints! Went here most recently over the weekend for the happy hour. Food was great and service amazing. The bartender did a great job of explaining the cocktail menu and suggesting pairing options for our food. Will be back!Food: 5/5
Food was absolutely delicious, every bite was so yummy and stunningly presented! Interiors are absolutely beautiful! Staff treated us like royalty and was the perfect celebration for our honeymoon! We were served by Karena who was a total gem! I definitely recommend visiting! Worth every penny!! Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free pasta and had loads of different options!
Absolutely fabulous restaurant. Incredibly delicious food, outstanding service, a really calm, relaxing environment and beautiful interiors. Highly recommend and hope to be back soon!Food: 5/5
Food was good but the burger was quite small for the price and didn’t come with a side. The ambiance is super pretty and perfect for brunch. A bit on the pricey side especially with the portion sizes. The buckwheat pancake was amazing though and I would highly recommend that for brunch.Recommended dishesBuckwheat Waffle
Food was very good earthy flavors. Drinks were strong but tasty, great outdoor dining and super cute greenhouses for larger parties. Prob fix requirement for greenhouses and indoors but a l cart options for other outdoor tables. Service was a little slow for the price of the restaurant and we would have like a little more attention which is why we rated 4 stars. But overall it was a good experience, good food and great presentation.
