The Iles Funeral Home in Madrid, Iowa were so caring and compassionate to our family when our mother passed away. They were gentle with our father, who had lost the love of his life, and they met our family’s every need. Then when our father passed away five and a half months later, they were so gracious and prompt with their service. They were the best choice for our family and we could not have received better care.
Working with Iles was a great experience following my Dad's passing. They quickly handled any questions and requests for us. It was a blessing having them handle the details for our family.

The staff at Iles Funeral Home Sundberg- Kirkpatrick are so kind and caring. I was alittle overwhelmed when I went there after my Dad passed away. Randy was so helpful as he went through all of the details. He gave me as much time as I needed to consider different options. I never felt rushed. It was such a relief to have someone in charge that I knew really cared about what I was going through and how I felt. All of the staff I met from the planning, thru the visitation, funeral and burial were attentive to everything that was needed. Though, the most important thing to me was the caring and genuine concern they showed to my family and me the entire time. At such an overwhelming time, I don't even have adequate words to express how much that meant. The staff also followed up after the funeral to make sure all of our needs were met. They contacted me another time just to check up on how I was feeling and this really met alot to me. Also my Mom passed away 6 years ago and they showed the same loving concern then. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is in need of their services.

Our family purchased a prearrangement plan from Ille for our mother’s passing. This took away much of the stress of the moment. They were very compassionate and helpful with answers before and after mom’s passing. Thank you Iles!!
