I spoke to two people today about my insurance. One young lady said “you’re going to have to hold on because I just got here” and then took down my name and number for someone to call me back. No one did. I was patient and thought maybe they were busy. So a few hours later, I called back, only to speak to another rude representative of their company. The young lady I had spoken to earlier in the day told me that I needed to renew my policy, and when I spoke to the second representative, he briefly said “sorry, you’re going to have to find insurance elsewhere!” I asked why and he said “we sent out a letter”. I asked when and he said “we don’t control the mail.” Luckily, I was able to find out when my insurance expired. That’s one valuable thing I was told today. 

This encounter was extremely dissatisfying, unprofessional, and disrespectful.

Found much better price at State Farm right across the street.
The lady informed me that if you find a better price they will have cancellation fees; I specially asked State Farm and they said there isn't any..
What I don't like is warning me from other companies just to buy from them I just don't think it's right!

Highly recommend this office if your looking for low rates and knowledgeable agents.  I was taken care of in a timely and efficient manner. Went home satisfied with the service and feeling safe and covered.
