Was going to Devin for cuts and on an off for color, when I wanted an appointment, a updo for wedding , bride and bridal party, not aware you HAD... to have a trial at the same cost. Not practical just another unnecessary expense, didn't really believe that they were so adamant you had to have the trial, I questioned it and unfortunately had to go elsewhere, i cancelled all of us and common sense would tell my bridal party would accompany me. It was a least 4 phones calls to the business to cancel, the others again. If not there would be a charge on my credit card. Closer to the wedding date, they called, my bridal party, two family members. Then my sister goes for a cut they question here about her appointment.. we all cancelled at once. This was Stephanie very unfriendly person, talks at you not to you. Recently I called for a haircut booked appointment. With Matti, called to confirm and I had no appointment booked and unfortunately who gets on the phone the Unfriendly Stephanie. To say I thought you were coming here anymore... Just because I didn't get a updo... mmmm iam sure Stephanie cancelled my appointment. It's apparent they don't need business...
