Phoned today to see if they could help me with new glasses or lenses, after the last pair I bought from them broke, and the pair I purchased before that had an outdated prescription in them. I thought they would be willing or able to work something out, I guess I was mistaken. When I asked if I would be using another Image store to help me, I explained that no, I likely wouldn't be and I'd be going else where because I was very disappointed they didn't seem to care about customer loyalty, she said "That's fine!". ** Update: Spoke with a manager after posting this who was willing to work something out with me (wonderful!) She actually replaced my glass for me (amazing!), and when I went to book an appointment for my son they informed me they were no longer doing business with me because of "policy". Yet failed to tell me why or what "policy". Went from disappointed to disgusted. Very passive aggressive way of handling whatever issue had arisen.

I was a tiny bit hesitant with the mixed reviews, but if anyone else is feeling that way reading these just go in with a positive attitude because my experience was wonderful! I had a Groupon for an exam, glasses, and contacts which is perfect because I'm on a tight budget at the moment but I stepped on my glasses and was on the last pair of contacts. We had a bit of a hiccup with the Groupon itself but they took the time to fix it and accepted it without question! The receptionists were absolutely charming, polite, and wonderful. The doctor was quick, efficient and has an amazing sense of humor which made the experience even better! The staff was very helpful and they let me take my time picking out glasses and made sure to explain everything and answer my questions! Can't wait to pick up my glasses and I look forward to getting a second pair! (Their selection is also really great, lots of variety at amazing prices!)

Dr. Amarjit Dhillon was extremely nice/knowledgeable! I highly recommend this clinic to anyone!

I've been going here for many years and I'm satisfied, the opticians are great, very professional and answer all my concerns and take all my questions seriously and never rush and they are great with kids as well, all my glasses I've had from image are excellent and correct I have had glasses from other places and the prescription never seems right so I only trust image for my glasses. I brought in some really nice frames that were given to me and they had no problem making lenses for them, they have always been so helpful picking frames.

See original review below and response to it by your company. Wow. For those reading it, this is what you can expect. And you call my review FAKE? Wow. So instead of at least acknowledging that you have issues - that is your best customer service comeback. Unbelievable. Your response speaks volumes. I didn't respond at the time due to busyness and really didn't want to waste my time, but yes indeed my review is NOT fake. All people have to do is view my other reviews to see that. I have since purchased elsewhere. Since you need a run down of my purchases here they are: In September of 2013, I got my eyes tested, got the free glasses but added the various coatings, got a pair of ray bans with all the coatings and bought a pair of prescription Maui Jims with all the candies. All told my bill was around $1200. In 2011, I also purchased glasses at your location. Should I photocopy my receipts to you before you will actually care? Your responses are an embarrassment to your company. But at this point, what more is there to be said? All a potential customer has to do is look at the response you provide below to realize how you are embarrassing yourselves. Incredibly shameful and if you worked for my business (and many others) your employment would be terminated. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Astonished at your responses to negative comments. Condescending, patronizing and rude. I am stunned. As a business owner of a multi-million dollar customer service business, I find myself at a loss for words as to how any reputable business owner who has basic customer service sense can respond in such a way. If there is any supervisor level or ownership level above the person creating these responses, I would urge some form of a review or possible termination. How can you think that responding in the way you do would imply a customer service experience that anyone would want to partake in? If something goes wrong or there is a misunderstanding you are going to respond in that way? Wow. I googled you to get your number to set up an appointment as I am wanting to get a new pair of Maui Jim's prescriptions and new glasses. Would have likely dropped about $1000 plus at your location, but based on those responses, I will go elsewhere. I have purchased twice from your location before and even though your staff certainly never did anything to wow me, things were fine. The true test of a business' customer service is how they deal with misunderstandings, frustration amongst customers and feedback. Your responses show a clear failure in this area.
