I bought my wedding dress here after making an appointment.  They were so helpful. I actually got lucky enough to have the owner work with me. She brought me all kinds of gowns, and was very patient. 
After I got my gown and came back for alterations, they remembered my name the second I walked through the door. 
I loved everything about this small town store.

When it comes to plus size ladies, or for people with a lower budget, this place is beyond terrible. We called ahead to ask about bigger sizes, and they told us specifically that they had several in my size. Upon arrival, the lady told me I was almost too late to get a dress at all, despite going six months before my wedding date. When I told her my size, she said she would not have very many in my size. Then, she brought the one dress in the whole store that was in my size, and a couple others that were 5 sizes lower. She also informed us that none of the dresses she brought were within our price range. When we looked at the tags, they were all $500 over our budget! I believe they are discriminatory against bigger ladies, because many of the other brides brought brothers and friends back, but she made my male guest wait up front. When we finally decided to give up on this store, they were completely unapologetic and behaved as if they were happy we were leaving. Please do not waste your time with this prejudiced store.

I absolutely hated this place!!! We traveled from out of town because she informed us Tht she had the size we needed. When we got there they really didn't want to wait on us. And when they did she lied and said they didn't have the size my baby needed after telling us they did. Then we only asked for measurements and she lied and said she couldn't find her measuring tape. And kept insisting that we go to another store!! I think they are prejudice and descriminates against plus size ladies!!!

Waited for 20 minutes to even be said hi to. Absolutely pathetic. Customer service could not have been worse.

It was great when I found my dress and ordered it but when I went to try on it not so good. It was so hot that I was sweating with my wedding dress on and apparently they only allow a fan to be turned. Everyone was nice but for this red headed lady. As soon as I got the dress off, she turned of the fan and quickly turned off the light to the mirror that I was using. Its was slightly aggravating because yes you may have already gotten one sale from me but it doesn't mean customer service stops. Then when looking at bridesmaid dress and at the time there was a possibility that it could be moved up. When talking about when the dresses would come in the red headed lady just kept saying, "NO that's impossible, We can't do that!" It was just so rude! How dare this woman do that. Now the date has not been changed from the original and I do no plan on going back to Imaginations!!!! They just lost $500 of business.
STAY AWAY FROM RED HEADED LADY!!!!!!!!
