I ordered Imo's Pizza from this location on 11-12-17 online. Immediately after placing the order they called me on my cell and told me it would be an hour wait. No reason why just an hour later. I should have known that was a clue to just cancel the order. How would I get my money back though? 

I went forward with the order, an hour and fifteen later, driver comes tipped the driver $5. This pizza was barely warm, the soda was warm and flat, not a bubble in sight. My toasted ravioli was the only thing right. This took place at my friends house and she lives only 5-10 mins away from the location. So she calls up because she's very upset. They inform her that they'd only be able to credit me for the soda. Worst customer interaction ever, I've never had a bad interaction with Imo's. This place is the worst, do not buy from this location.

Absolutely HORRIBLE service!!! Waited 2+ hours for my order to be delivered.  No compensation for my inconvenience.. and when I called to check on my order because it was taking so long,  the girl hung up on me! Never again will I give then my money! They shouldn't even get one star...

Out of all the imos I've been to this one is the worst. I ordered today a med pizza that was the only thing good. The salad was old and the dressing was dried and crusty on the side i didn't eat it or the salad. The fries was soggy...the first time i had their fries they was great but these were different. And the hot wings i w ordered them to be well done plus cooked a lil longer...nope those were soft and soggy with too much sauce. If i had a car i would've went and got my money back soooo disappointed plus delivery took almost 2hrs. The best imos spot is on vaile and new halls ferry.

DO NOT ORDER WINGS FROM HERE!!! Mine were UNDERCOOKED and the sauce was just poured in the container and the ranch was hot. Poor excuse of a company. Was told they don’t do deliveries and was placed on hold for more than 20 minuets. They need to shut that place down or hire employees that WANT TO WORK! Sad sad sad place.

Do not eat here... Rude and unprofessional Employees, long wait times, sketchy environment outside due to bar next door @ night... Nets and flies landing at random with no windows between protect food being prepared...
