This Imo’s Location is probably the worst it took them a  hour and a half to have my food delivered and when it came it was. cold I stay 6 min away from the location they are the worst please do not support this location

This is the worst. They pay no attention to getting your order correct,  and then act like it's your fault they screwed up. Very poor customer service.  Totally unhappy with my experience with them, and this isn't the first time.  Order from a different imos and go pick it up, do not order from here.

Customer service is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!  I will never go back!!!  I will tell all of my co-workers and friends never to patronize them.   They have a bunch of young people around in their 20's that don't a damn thing about how to treat customers and run a business!!!!

Decided to come to this Imos because the one in U City has not discovered call waiting. Got right through and they took my order. I show up to pick it up and they have no record of me ordering anything and now I am waiting in the parking lot. Two strikes today Imos...

To make it better, over the phone I was told $80 and when I had to place the same order again it was $85. The guy who took over and helped me was nice and did apologize just now when he brought the pizzas to my car.

My Kingdom for a St Louis Pizza and Wings in the Overland area...
