I came to this site because i was looking for window repair. I notice no diversity in all the employees. If there only looking out for their own people . Why would i contribute to this ?

**I also posted this on Facebook - They said they would get back to me but never did, I reached out to them another three times. Watch the positive reviews, they are all from employees. Check their better business bureau ratings, not very good** They installed the wrong tint glass grey instead of bronze and tried to tell me that my bronze windows are dirty. I sent David Romero a pic, and he said yep they screwed up and would order new glass. They came again to install. While it was the right color this time, they sent the wrong size and it did not fit, and again David Romero said he would order a replacement. Months went by and no replacement window. They did charge us the full price for the window, after calling them and getting it reversed David said that he did not see an order for the replacement glass. He said he would order it, again months have gone by and no replacement glass even though we have already paid them. Don't use them, they are outright thieves and cannot be trusted. Now they will not return any of our calls. Yusuf Valez, I used to have more respect for you as a respected member of the south Florida business community. However, after using your company I have come to realize that you are just another owner of a unscrupulous business.

Horrible costumer service. I purchased a sliding glass door handle from them. I had to call a week after i order it because they forgot to ship it. I then was told that i didn't need to have them come install the handle because it was a simple process with just two screws...not knowing if they dont install the handle, it voids the warranty on the item. Two days after I install the handle, it broke. They refused to make me whole. The handle was $102.45....I went back and forth on the phone trying to get my issue solved....they failed a bunch of times to call me back when told they would do so. I had to do the chasing. I called my credit card company and put a stop payment on the transaction. Never again will i even consider using there service and i recommend any that is planning to do so, DONT DO IT!!!!!

Called today to set up some service, and was put on hold for 15 minutes. Called back and reception said she was sorry was with a customer, will get back to me - then out me on hold for another 25 minutes until 5:09pm, when she HUNG UP!! Called back and only get a machine. You should have a talk with this lady, IMPACT GLASS!! ****** Yes I see you are asking me to contact you again, I left 2 messages on your answering machine at the time. No call back.

We had a very average experience with service, unfortunatly the product design allows for "drainage holes" in the frame of the sliding door track. Had a been aware of this I would not have chooses this product. Combined with a troublesome installation team, which after many calls the company tried to rectify however, our doors are very noisy & "whistle" with wind making for an ongoing reminder that we should have researched further.
