I  scheduled an appointment a few months ago and it went well. I said I wanted shorter in the back longer in the front. The first gentleman that did my hair made it clear he wasn’t comfortable doing it but he did take his time, listened to me, and tried. He actually confronted me and said he wasn’t able to do it because he didn’t want to mess it up. Which I felt more respect in him not finishing than him trying and messing it up. What he did showed me that he truely cares about his clients and how they feel. He gave me the confidence to  continuously  go back to this salon. Someone else of course had to finish my hair cut but I was okay with that. I won’t go anywhere else.

Maya was my stylist. Showed her a picture of what I wanted, but the end result was terrible. Took four hours to cut my hair and do light highlights. Each step, I waited for a while. A family of three, had their hair cut and was done before me. 3 stylists touched my hair. She was doing my hair, and another lady's hair.
I'll be going back to request a refund or for someone with more experience to cut my hair. 
The left side looks choppy and the right isn't so bad. 
Wanted to walk out.
Worst experience, won't be going back for any future cuts.

Love that they allow walk-ins! I came in feeling a little nervous about trying a new place but I'm so glad I chose this salon! The staff was so friendly and welcoming. The lady I had was so sweet and very thorough and she made sure I liked my hair. She took her time and didn't rush through any part of the haircut. I love how my hair turned out and would definitely recommend them 😊

I had been going to the same hairdresser for years and was not looking forward to searching for another. Some coworkers recommend Pam at Impact and I am glad I took their recommendation. I was given a fabulous wash, cut and finish. My wash was the most relaxing wash I have ever experienced. I almost fell asleep. It was much needed after a long day at work. Pam did her magic and turned my limp frizzy mop into flowie slick sexiness! I'll be honest I did not go in there with a look in mind or photos to reference. I just knew I needed something done to make me feel great again. She took the reins and I walked out of there feeling like I could take on the world! The staff is friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is relaxing. Fair prices. I can go on and on. Just check it out for yourself. You won't be disappointed!

I'm giving this place at least three stars because my haircut itself wasn't the worst but I definitely won't be back here. I made an appointment with a woman who asked me my hair length and type and on the day of the appointment my hairdresser had no idea how to cut my hair. She did ask for help in her defense. But a haircut shouldn't last 2.5 hours and I shouldn't have to ask my hairdresser if she knows what's shes doing. What made it worse was the owner, who I recognized from the website, was merely a few feet away and didn't do anything about the situation. I got used as an educational moment for my hairdresser. I left with a haircut that's too short to get fixed and a really stressful experience.
