Service was great, arrived fast and the driver was very nice, I recommend Imperial. This is my 4th time using them and I have not one complaint.

I must say I was very impressed by the service. I made a reservation 1 day in advance and when the vehicle arrived for my pick up the driver was well dressed and the vehicle was spotless. They had some of the best towncars, and the ride was relaxing. Now anytime I need a ride I call them. I would recommend anyone who needs professional service to them.

Two blocks costed $7 because the driver with a open road on a 45mph road went 30mph and kept tapping the brakes to run up the meter and then rather than being a decent person since he purposely ran up the meter, I went to get cash and he kept the meter running. I wouldn't recommend! I understand trying to make money but don't screw someone over to do it!
