I have been using Day Audi's Service Center for five years now.  I have always been able to get an appointment when I needed it.  They valet my car & leave me a loaner, which takes all the hassle out of getting my car serviced.  And they do great work - and quickly.  

We recently decided to trade in my wife's Lexus for an Audi, and without hesitation, we bought it at Day.  Even though we live in Beaver County and they are in Monroeville, Day's service team makes it seem like they are around the corner.

On my most recent service appointment, they valeted the car according to my schedule, quickly diagnosed & corrected my issues, and had the vehicle back to me the next afternoon.  It doesn't get any better than that!

One additional note: I have not had oodles of service appointments in the five years that I have owned my A6, but if I call the service department and get Justin, he immediately remembers, the exact make and color of my vehicle.  That especially impresses me as a customer.

I am all in on the service that Day Audi provides to us.

Sales representative and financial representative were very thorough, efficient, and effective in explaining the process of buying vehicle. They were also extremely helpful with the stress in my situation, as I had never gone through this before. Very accommodating with a few things on my trade that could not have been removed before purchasing a new vehicle. Excellent experience over all, and will seek any future vehicles through this dealership and sales representative.

I previously owned an Infinity M35 which I loved.  But when the time came to obtain a new vehicle, my family's preexisting experience with Day Audi, the quality of the Audi vehicle themselves, and most especially their salesman, Jim Ruffner, made it easy to choose Day Audi as the dealership to lease my new car.  I was very satisfied with my experience there.  All my questions were addressed completely.  The process of choosing and leasing the car was very transparent.  and Mr. Ruffner was thorough and conscientious.  The Infinity dealership that I dealt with in the past was superior in their approach, and Day Audi was their equal, if not better.

Went into the dealership with a car in mind and they went out of their way to assist!  Great experience and an easy transaction!  Everyone there was incredibly kind and top notch, especially Darren.  Got to meet the service personnel and they were all very kind.  Thank you to all for making it a pleasant experience!

This service team is very easy to talk to, and they don't talk down to women. They gladly answer my technical questions, and their advice is based on experience as well as the usual manuals and bulletins. Some of the routine maintenance is expensive, but they apply all the dealer coupons I bring in, and that really helps. (It's probably a similar price at all the VW dealers.) I'll be sticking with VW dealer service at least through my warranty periods. The waiting area is great - plenty of room to work on a laptop or read. TV is on a neutral station like game shows or local news. I appreciate that.
