The owners are always on point with drop off and pick up time.  I've used several dry cleaners over the years and I have never met anyone with the customer service they provide.  Friendly and personal because they remember you and make it a point to ask how your day is.  I have been using them for a year now weekly and have had zero issues and they are always willing to do the best possibly job they can.  Perfect work and on point.

Horrible, sport coats smelled like sour milk. They didn't even clean it, it still had my own wear wrinkles still in it and we have a white cat and some of the cat hair was still on it, so I know they didn't even bother cleaning it. All of my dress shirts had huge indents in them and burn marks from the ironing. I am going back today to show them what they did and get a refund. Hopefully they didn't permanently ruin all my dress clothes. Don't go here.

This is by far the best dry cleaner in the Katy area.  The staff is always pleasant and helpful.  My clothes are always ready at the promised time and cleaned and pressed the way that I want them.  Small details regarding starching and creases (or the lack thereof) are not overlooked.
