Poor customer service. They do what's best for them and not the customer. It takes way to long to get anything done because they work on you and other customers at the same time.

I had a pair of nails on but needed new ones. I asked for them to be as think as the ones I had on because I work with livestock & in a shipping dept. 

The gentleman did not listen to my request & kept telling me that his product was good & did not need to be think.

Then the real kick in the pants is that they cost me $50! What the heck! I've never paid that much even when I went to a full salon.

I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Too expensive.

They were rather rude, didn't say a word, were very very rough, a full set of the two tone acrylics cost 50 and it wasn't even a decent job. It wasn't terrible, but it was far from great. Didn't even push back my cuticles, just slapped the nails on in silence and charged a ridiculous amount for the work done. Not going there again.

I was very surprised to get such a good manicure here in Gillette, I am from California where there are many spas to go to and prices are much lower but the service I received was worth the extra cost, I highly recommend Impressive nails.
