Story

Although our headquarters remain in Round Rock, TX, just north of Austin, we've since expanded our branches to reach more of our Texas community. We are always seeking career-oriented individuals to fill positions at our six Texas locations: Austin (Round Rock), Dallas (Lewisville), Dallas East (Fate), Schertz (formerly San Marcos), Temple, and Fort Worth.

In Charge delivers top-quality, personalized lighting solutions for your remodeling, custom home designs or production needs. We offer a range of professional services including the latest in smart home technologies, large-scale commercial construction projects and residential electrical services. Our team of experts will ensure that the process with In Charge is seamless and exceeds your expectations.

RESIDENTIAL
In Charge began in 2007 working with a select group of residential production builders. While we are continuously expanding our service offerings, we remain focused on the residential electrical market as well as light commercial.

Production Residential Construction: We work with all major builders that operate in the state of Texas. Our dedicated sales team meets with individual homeowners and assist our production builders to better customize their houses with electrical upgrades, low voltage, lighting options, and smart home technology packages.

Custom Residential: Our experienced electricians and managers provide white glove service and a highly personalized experience to customer homebuilders and homeowners. We conduct multiple walkthroughs and plan reviews with homeowners to help them experience their home before it is constructed to help prevent costly change orders in the future. We get to know our homeowners and help to educate them on the variety of electrical options as well as smart home technology and lighting packages..

Commercial Construction and Retrofit: We offer diverse commercial construction capabilities. Our team can manage the design, build and maintenance phases of the project. A dedicated team of Master and Journeyman electricians manage our commercial operations, as well as our multi-family construction projects.

LIGHTING
In Charge Electrical Services has the expertise and experience to specify and deliver any residential lighting application. We offer standard room lighting applications using fixtures and recessed can lighting; specialty lighting applications involving pendant, puck, rope, sconce, and under counter lighting; integrated lighting systems for home theater, game room, music room, and similar applications; exterior lighting solutions for security or enhanced outdoor living; natural lighting solutions from Ketra® providing interior lighting that is coordinated with the sun; multi-circuit light control (scenes) and light automation. For builders: In Charge can provide consulting and pricing for your custom home or base package specifications as well as work with you to develop specific lighting option packages that can be purchased by your customers as part of your design process. We also offer sales consultants that can meet with homebuyers at your model or design center to own the lighting and electrical option portion of your design process and work with your operations team to ensure the process is completed smoothly and accurately.

SMART HOME TECHNOLOGY
In Charge Electrical Services has invested significantly to become experts in the application of smart home technologies, specifically in what technology has lasting value to the customer and how to reliably and cost-effectively deliver it to the homeowner. We offer: smart lighting, smart window treatments, Internet-ready homes, smart access and monitoring, smart energy management, smart audio, smart irrigation and water management, and integrated home automation.
