I was charged for flowers that were never delivered to my mother on Mothers Day. Nor did I receive a phone call saying that there were unable to fulfill my order. Yet they had the nerve to take my money. They do not answer their phones. Mailbox is always full. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time or money on this florist. Horrible way to conduct a business.

Worst Florist EVER. Flowers did not arrive until 9:00 pm (order was placed 7:00 am that morning) I was told they were out for delivery at 2:00. with wrong card, with wrong name and message.  It looked as though flowers were picked from field off the highway.

Have been expecting a delivery from here since last Friday! Florist in Newport has been told the plant was dropped one day, next day supposedly delivered at 4:00, I was home??  The person who ordered the flowers tried calling and the mailbox was full -order has been cancelled! % days is long enough!
