I would give this In and Out five stars but it's just ALWAYS busy.  Still, the service is very good at this location.  Walk up and drive thru service is available here.  There is no indoor seating but they do have tables outside if you decide to use the walk up service and would like to eat right away.  Restrooms are available for customers.  They also have two drive through lines for each side of the building.  This helps the line  move a little faster but I would say average wait time is still 10-20 minutes.  I've seen the line go all the way down the block and into a residential street.  

The workers are friendly and when they are extremely busy, they will send somebody outside to take your order instead of having to talk to the intercom system.   I prefer this as I feel like it improves the accuracy of them getting my order correct.  I have yet to encounter a mistake when receiving my food.

two stars at best. Customer service was wonderful but the food? Oh no. Five guys is on a  much higher echelon of top burger places. The fries were awful and the square burgers were like eating cardboard. The stars may rave about this place but it's probably because their palettes are used to eating kale chips.

I love In n Out, but this location is hands down the slowest I've ever been to. Its just a walk up window service or drive through, and both are strangely slow, despite there being two drive through windows... Food quality is consistent with other locations.

This location has all the classics,  done well. It also has a dual drive thru! Their bathroom was clean (it needs a code). The service was fast and friendly.  Make sure you come North up Lankershim if you want to use the drive thru!

Awesome place with great food honestly is crowded at times, but overall a good place to eat especially with family or friends
