This place used to be good. Soggy hamburger. Smashed cheeseburger. No care put into the making of the food. Too much emphasis on "HOW ARE YOU DOING?" at the drive thru. And would not let me start ordering by repeating "HOW ARE YOU DOING?" Well obviously someone is hungry! How about taking my order and making sure the food is right. 
Really, no one goes to In n Out to make friends. Being friendly is good but making it mandatory to share my feelings just so I can order is ridiculous. They missed a food item too but not as important as the burgers not worth going here for. Maybe in a few month we'll try again or maybe not.

Sometimes good, sometimes not so good. I have had very good food here, but sometimes the burgers are dry, the fries are usually good. The buns are usually dry and brittle like they have been sitting out and dried up. I still come here as I do get a great meal half the time.

Limited menu but everything fresh and tasty. Staff exceptional.  Clean. Limited menu speeds up ordering and few mistakes. Longest staff retention in fast food which improves service all around.

Staff is always smiling.. love coming here and enjoying a good meal with my family.  Atmosphere is so inviting

Love their burgers and the price.  They have great customer service, ingredients are fresh, and a fast drive thru. This place can be busy but it's worth the wait.
