This place is awesome. The best burger in California hands down. Ive been coming to this location for years and love it every time. The staff is friendly and very respectful, they keep on top of cleaning, they make you feel comfortable every time. The only downside is the drive thru. Its always packed with cars but no biggie. I just go inside and get it faster, they give you a free water cup if you ask for it

My cashier left a remarkable impression within me. She completely shined with her continual radiant smile. Her name was Amy Li. After she finished with me, I moved on to wait for my order. Each time I glanced her way she was consistently smiling to all her customers. Attitude is a little thing that makes a BIG difference. The difference was definitely felt.

Always delicious and fresh. The only problem here is they need to come up with a better system for their drive thru. It's really long and they are very slow. But it is always worth the wait.

Worst customer service ever! The wait took forever not to mention the fact that my burger was raw! Even after I told them it wasn't cooked right, they still made me wait about 20 minutes after to get a replacement. Completely lost my appetite once I saw the raw burger. Hated my experience here!
