Before leaving AZ. Me and my friend had the famous Flying Dutchman. It was very yummy. Messy yes but packed with huge flavors. The beef is top notch !! Not only was the food great..let me just say how clean the restaurant is …full staff all very friendly. Uniforms sparkling white! They work all together like a fine oiled machine. This company knows what they are doing. Also the employees all had smiles. Good for you In and Out ! Top notch all around no it’s not just a fast food joint.   Kid-friendliness: What kid wouldn’t live to come here !!

I'm coming from out of state, and whenever I'm in an area that has In N Out, I always try and stop by.  I arrived around 11 for an early lunch, and this location was already very busy.  I was still quickly helped and received my order soon after.  The location was nearly full, so I sat outside.  Fast service, friendly staff, good food, can't ask for much more.

Been coming here since Highschool. This location holds a special place in my heart even though I live abroad. Anytime I am back in Arizona this is the first location I visitFood: 5/5

I went through the drive-thru in the early afternoon and there was a long line of cars ahead of me.  The line moved reasonably quickly, moving 15 vehicles in 15 minutes.  It seemed like a long time, but 1 minute per vehicle is not bad, and the volume of customers reflects on how much people like this restaurant.  I ordered a Double-Double with cheese, ketchup and onions only.  When I reached the first window, where they collect payment, the guy repeated my order and there were no onions.  As soon as I asked about the onions, the cashier and another employee immediately jumped into action to make sure my order was correct by the time I reached the second window.  The total was $10.00 even.  The food was hot, fresh and delicious.  I have no complaints.

I won't put the date and time for this comment but I do believe that managers have to train or even pay their workers better since obviously their service is unacceptable! How is it possible? I ordered two cheeseburgers with no onions and extra lettuce. One of them came like the picture! No tomato! Less than half lettuce! DO We HAVE TO CHECK EVERY SINGLE BURGER WHEN WE GET EM AT THE Drive THRU WINDOW FROM NOW ON?

In-N-Out is an institution, and I'm sad that I only get to eat there when I'm out West I live on the East Coast. I go at least once every time I'm out West. The food is amazing, service is excellent, and the consistency across locations and over time is incredible. Oh, and the quality to price ratio is unbelievable. Keep up the great work!

Easily the best internet in Arizona tower but being from California I'm quite spoiled. The woman speaking greetings at the drive through asked how I was and then went silent... I had to ask if I just was supposed to say what I wanted and not lately for to ask what I wanted and she said yes indeed that was. The case... The bar for talent,customer service common. Food quality Commerce and everything in between is so so much lower here and Arizona. If you were willing to work hard come and come here immigrant here.

Great Food with great Service! I entered on a Saturday afternoon, not very busy. This was on a Holiday weekend as well. My order was taken in a friendly and efficient manner. I was given my order number and cup. The wait for my food was longer than anticipated, but I saw a shortage of employees, which is typical in the industry. This did not affect my experience. I ordered the Number 1 for Dine in. The food was hot, fresh, and tasty! I loved that they didn't skimp on the pickles as well. I ordered my cheeseburger with ketchup, mustard, and pickle. The Dining Room was in decent shape, even as customers started to fill up as I finished my meal. I observed a crew member sweeping and tidying up the lobby, while I was there. I highly recommend this location to anyone needing a great meal with great service!  Parking: This location has tons of parking available. It is well maintained with visible stripes. This location is in front of Lowes Home Improvement store which has even more parking if needed.
