The burger, fries & the beverages are great! But I heard Fat Burger is better than IN-N-OUT with better quality. I like IN-N-OUT as in old days. The soda fountain is always clean & fresh. I had a grilled cheese burger with onions & small strawberry shake for lunch. Togo. Such a big hurry taking the bus home. I’ll use the gift card to purchase IN-N-OUT burger & fries expect beverages for next visit. Best taste so far.
The best fast food hamburger I've ever had. The special sauces are excellent. Animal Style potatoes also contain these special sauces. It's a little noisy and crowded, you may have to wait in line, but it will be worth the wait. Besides, what more can you expect from a fast food chain branch?Food: 5/5
Fun and popular! I have never seen an In-N-Out drive up that did not have a line of cars blocks long...so we decided to try this location, as there is no drive up at all. We went to a late lunch, thinking it would nit be too crowded. Wrong again! There was a human line practically out the door at 2 pm on a Saturday. Order order number was 74 and they were calling out number 45 at the time. The place was packed and we had to wait for a table as well as the food. The staff are friendly and extremely efficient - they got to our order much faster than I anticipated. You could see the seamless hierarchy of who does what in the open kitchen. Everyone was working in their area non stop to get the food out, hot and correct. As In-N-Out only serves burgers and fries, the fact that they are doing an incredible business at every location is evidence that they know burgers and fries. They do not seem to need to expand the menu. Dietary restrictions: Not many options if any for vegans or vegetarians that I saw. Parking: Although the Galleria and the Americana are within walking distance, on a weekend those parking facilities were very busy and crowded. There was a paid lot close by, one that only took ApplePay through a QR code. The free street parking all around the area was filled We wound up parking a few blocks down at a meter on Broadway. Kid-friendliness: Kids love burgers and fries.
In n out like a big restaurant, have no drive thru. Next to the Bloomingdale's & Glendale Galleria Mall. Food: 5/5

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Inn In Out, and it was an absolute delight! The service was impeccable; the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The food was exceptional; I enjoyed some of the most delicious dishes I've ever had during my stay. The ambiance was cozy and charming, creating the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing getaway. I can't wait to return to this gem of an inn!
Location is very convenient but place is always gets so full. Now they are remodeling so they put 6 seater round plastic chairs and tables temporarily. No spicy jalapenos anymore only banana peppers. Burgers good as usual and fries are mediocre. But each time I am in LA I stop by.
Soft, soggy fries, messy hamburger, good soda choice. Overall cheap fast food joint. Not bad, not good.Food: 3/5
