I love coming here with my family. I want to admire Mike O costumer service! He is an amazing employee and always ask if we need anything and is  just so helpful! Please make him a manager there, he is just AWESOME, he’s probably the reason why we always come to this location. Thank you Mike!

I have ALWAYS loved In-N-Out, but if my only experience was the one I had tonight at the 1 in Hesperia on Main St. I would NEVER go back! When the cashier handed me my change, her hands, the receipt & my $ were wet! Dripping wet!! My order was wrong in every way but unfortunately I was already on the fwy heading home because you NEVER have to check your order @ In-N-Out!! Every other drive-thru yes, but NOT them! So, no food for the 2nd drive home & not able to take my medication on an empty stomach!! Never again!!

Walked in and noticed how very very loud it was in the prep. Area. Noticed the line of cars in the drive through. Noticed an older gentleman asking the prep workers questions from a card about 'where was the first in and out?'..noticed that the drive through is more of a priority than the customers that walk in. As we waited, I counted six orders that were filled. The cars were flying out of the drive through...gee we ordered two double doubles, one shake to go.
Next time I think we will take the drive through..

I think this is the busiest in-and-out in the country and yet they work like well oiled machine .They get  your food out promptly and it's always delicious

Always  clean,  the restrooms have never been dirty.  And the food omg so good if you have not eaten at in-n-out you have to do it. 
     Alleyways busy but the address fast you never wait long.
