Workers are good and equipment is acceptable. The workers also keep the gyms, at least the one I'm at, really clean at a consistent schedule. Lots of cleaning supplies for you to wipe down machines after you use em. Atmosphere is good and socialble yet people around you focus on working hard. This isnt a gym for showcasing, this is an actual gym for anyone to go at their own pace.

I feel at home and safe while working out. Machines are maintained and Adam McMurry is running constantly making sure all areas are organized and clean. The daycare has watched my 3 babies since my 7 year old took his first steps in the daycare. Staff is amazing... become like family. I look forward to working out at this facility daily.

The enrollment process was done quickly and comfortably. I can't wait to get started in my exercise program.

By far the best inshape I've been to in my life. If you're a bodybuilder you'll love the free weight roo. They literally have everything and the room is huge. If your into cardio there's plenty of cardio machines. If you like circuits then they have a dedicated circuit room. Not 5 star worthy because the don't give towels. You end up sweating all of the place.
