Updated, clean gym. Sports a separate upstairs workout area that tends to be quieter for those of us that like to beat the crowds downstairs (like me!). Awesome indoor and outdoor salt water pools, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, and outdoor workout area. Tons of classes for members. Massage chairs, towel service and tanning for VIP members. Their kids club is also amazing with my son. He LOVES going. Membership prices are also very reasonable, month to month, no contract! 🙌 That was a must for me.

Where do I start? Well my mom, husband and I all had a membership there. Don't be fooled by the super 5 star customer service when you first walk in. They will treat you like royalty. But as soon as they get you on the hook for a membership, they have this cold aloof attitude. You ask them a question about a machine or anything, and it's a problem, or you feel like you're wasting their time. And don't get me started on the personal trainers. When you first sign up with the gym, you get a free "first time consultation" with a trainer. Well, I had a long conversation with one of them (I won't mention names) about a traumatic experience that I and he himself went through. And I felt like he understood because he said he had been through the same thing. He ended up telling me because we spent so much time talking about the traumatic experience, he was going to give me another "first time meeting". I told him, there was no way I could afford a peraonal trainer. So I didn't want to waste his time. But he reassured me, the meeting wasn't a problem. I mean I really felt like he cared, like he was really on my side. So a couple months later, I was having a real hard time with my motivation. So I went to him to ask for that meeting. And he acted like he didn't even know me. He was so cold and so business like. All he kept talking about was how much it could be a week, depending on how many days a week I wanted to meet. Which was completely different from the one who "wanted to see me succeed in my weight loss". He treated me, like he didn't even want to waste time on me. I felt like he used that traumatic experience as leg up to try and get me signed up with a trainer. I left and sat and cried in my car for like 20 minutes. Then I went home and cried on my husbands shoulder some more. And he was PISSED. He demanded to know his name, and I wouldn't tell him. I never set foot in that gym again.

This place is awesome. There's a circuit training place upstairs. There's a daycare. There's a indoor pool and outdoor pool and sauna. This is my favorite gym of all time. And it doesn't smell like sweaty people. It smells like a hospital. Nice and sterile. I live it here.

It looked nice but turned out to not be very kid friendly for kids too old to go into the daycare. Also, the hot-tub wasn't hot and the men's showers were nasty. They do have a decent selection of equipment but it wasn't a fit for us. It might be for you? (if you don't have kids, want to shower, or use the hot-tub)

Jakuzzi is too hot ( impossible to remain in it more them five minutes). Sauna is like a bus station: people is not concerned about others, loud talking is a rool there! No benches to rest in the sauna and jacuzzi area!!! Gives an impression that management hate those who needs to rest after sauna or steam room visiting! Sauna and jacuzzi is intended for “come and go” Use ones and run away from it! No rest area!! No adequate thinking of rest srea is present there at all. Meanwhile, they have about 40 nice chairs outside poll area, useless ! Even 3-4 fancy soft chairs also useless! Nobody able to use them due to not heated pool and cold season! What a waste!!! Indoor pool water is cold !!! You would enter it with a great push of your will unforchunately . Aerobics storage doors a widely open during aerobick class, they like you to observe all the conteince of it (all kinds of junk on the shelves) while instructor there by the pool with a group. So people have to observe all the time that is inside that storage , since the instuctors do not even consider esthetics for sauna area visitors! Steam room programmed for steam way it is very long gaps between a steam sessions. People risking their lives climing up the slippery tile behch try pouring cold water inside the sensor which is located on very wierd place high by the sealing. It is scarry! I am not sure if i really wanted to experience all this if i sigh up with them!
