By far the best preschool program around!  I can’t say enough about the staff at In the Zone Ocean Springs.  My daughter started the program last year and had a pretty rough transition and suffered from really bad separation anxiety.. she’s never been in a program full time or longer than a month. She’s spent her last 3 years strictly with me at home. The teachers and directors went above and beyond to make her as comfortable as possible.  Dropping her off was so hard for me but knowing I could watch her on the camera was a game changer!  I knew she’d be okay!  I’d sometimes sit in the parking lot and watch the cameras and see just how sweet and comforting  they all were to her! She was nervous around certain teachers for a long time so whenever nap time rolled around she would start to panic.. keeping that in mind they always made sure that a teacher she was comfortable with was around!  I’m telling you,  I didn’t think we would make it this far in the beginning but the experienced staff knowing it would just take time really made a BIG difference.  I am so so pleased with In The Zone and all they offer!  

As a parent I appreciate the fact that they keep my child safe.  They are fair and caring! 

Again, this place is amazing!  The facility itself is very clean and spacious!  The staff is outstanding.  Everything is awesome!  If you are looking for care for a preschooler or infant ( at their brand new facility) I can guarantee you will be pleased!  And no need to worry or wonder when you can watch your child on the live feed!   We love in the zone!

I convinced my wife to move our son here because of convenience and it was a mistake. My son still has a scar from the bite mark he received from one of the children there on his face.there we're several on his body as well from other incident. My child was kicked out for striking an instructor and the director, for an hour supposedly by the director's account, he was 3 years old.the prices here are fair and the hours are great but if you decide to join I just hope you pay attention to your children to see how well there taken care of.. Also the child that bit my son was allowed to stay in the program and our son has had great reviews  from his current daycare. 

P.S. Well played by the director Mr. Burke. You play damage control on real parents accounts of their children being in your program. I would never try to persuade someone from a persons business but if the service isn't up to par, I hope it is  for the next person. You personally have a tendency of looking over complaints and chocking them up to people being petty. You should instead look to corrections for your daycare instead of being spiteful  and brushing people off. We never had this conversation in person because you did not want to. My child is doing well in his new daycare; it would  do you better to work on yours instead of worrying about parents accounts. But let's be real , you'll probably respond to this instead of worrying about the children you have at hand .

I brought my 2 year old niece and it was wonderful. They have skate to fit every size and different options from speed skates to blades to baby skates and they had some kind of training device that helped keep the baby from falling. But to top it off it wasn't over crowded and it the customer service was great. We will be back :)

Not only did my eldest son attended this facilty when he was younger but my youngest is now in attendance.  The staff not only goes above and beyond but takes the time to remember their members even if it has been years between them. They are always available for not only the students but for any questions or concerns one may have. Truly a pleasure to be a part of a community that teaches core values while encouraging children to explore and be creative.

some how my original post was "deleted" so reposting. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! They do not care about the safety of your children, they only want your money! They only care about money and the reputation being in good standing. My son is still enrolled unfortunately bc I can not afford to pay the $250 fee the MAKE YOU PAY to take your child out even if it is for good reason, like safety and mistreatment. My son has came home crying bc of the way he is talked to and ignored when he tells his teacher when other kids pick on him. The day I went to the director she was already in a meeting with another mother who had similar complaints and other issues and when I mentioned what I over heard the director completly bad mouthed that mother and acted extremely careless and unprofessional. This place is not what it says it is, I'm sure this review will get deleted too but i don't care. In the zone is not a safe place for your child, half the good reviews on here are from Lora and Vincent's friends who get free tuition for leaving good reviews or paid in cash . DO NOT GO HERE!
