Stopped by   for lunch. They have tolerably enjoyable menu items and its about a 20min wait for food to be ready. I ordered the sampler, which consisted of 3 mozzarella stix, a side of onion rings, and 6 chicken  wings, I chose honey bbq for the wing sauce. They have a 1 table for dine in with a tv to watch while you wait. Nice lunch

My food was absolutely horrible tonight at Incredibles you have three men in there and it doesn’t seem that busy they should practice on perfecting their food. I ordered this chicken and steak Philly, which came on a hotdog bun, the steak every piece was a gristle and tough barely taste the chicken the fries were extremely hard and cooked in old oil. And they have a nerves To charge $15 like they are serving it on a Philly bun. I’ve only had their honey lemon pepper wings and those are very good maybe that is what I need to stick to next time this was a horrible experience spending $40 on two hot dog bun Phillies didn’t look nothing like the picture on the website.

Driving by I saw a sign in the window that the special was Chicken Philly for $7.99 so I circled back to give the place a try for a late lunch. I was the only one in the place and the man who took my order and made the sandwich was incredibly unfriendly and rude. He was so off-putting that I didn't even realize he had overcharged me $12, menu price until I was out to my car with the food. It wasn't worth going back in and dealing with him again for $4 so I just drove home hoping that at least the food would be good. The food was so so and the portions were small. Not worth $8 much less $12. Definitely won't be going back.

Was hungry stopped on a humble 1st time there, so my order consisted of tiny wings I forgot to take pic was so hungry ate in car smh but  here's the philly  it was too small fries mushy not hot &crisp but with one person taking orders at counter and by phone plus  cooking what do you expect that's not a good look so won't try again.

Just happened to drop past them and they was opened. They definitely need to make their appearance better. However I order wings and fries. Even though they didn't have the sauce I was looking for they had and alternate they ended up being better. The food was spot on cooked right. Customer service was cool. I definitely will be back.

Food is so good! The whole wingz with the bbq sauce is amazing! They actually cut fresh potatoes for the fries! Salads are great! Very nice staff. Only thing that i noticed was the old water smell when you first walk in....but the food is great. You can actually see them prepare the food.....everything is fresh! I will be frequently eating here...my new place to be!  Update: i have order through doordash twice and noticed alot of items are not listed on the menu through doordash. I wanted to order a side of french fries but it was not listed on the sides section of menu.

Food has no flavor. Took almost an hour to get my food, & they didn’t ask me what I wanted on my food, just put whatever they wanted. Fries were burnt & then they were charging extra for whatever reason. Somebody who came in & did take out behind me, go their food first & I was still waiting 10 extra minutes after that. The young lady who took my order was nice, but this is a no-go for me. They were too busy playing music in the kitchen!!!!

They have great food and always treat me and my husband right when we order.  They also pay close attention to my husband's shellfish allergy and make sure to keep his food cooked separate from the shellfish.

I'm writing this review as I'm sitting inside incredible foodz waiting on a five piece chicken tender with fries meal. I literally placed this order 56min ago. Yes as in almost an hour ago. There are two employees working today, I am the only customer in here and I still have to wait for my order. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. And to be honest the food is good! But with service this bad I cant reccomend this place to anybody.  Update January 21, 2021- stopped in and placed an order in person. I ordered 3 tenders with fries. Totally different experience. 1st- order took a little less than 15 mins. 2nd- food is STILL really good. 3rd- customer service was was quick to help me as soon as I came into the restaurant. And 4th- the food portions was satisfying. There's definitely a change since the first review I wrote. I should note that I ordered my food using a different name. I didn't want anybody to know I wrote the first review because I didn't want to get treated differently. I'll be back soon to update you guys again. But I'm very pleased at the changes that have been made so far.

I have been here three times. First time a charm and the other two times were such a disappointment.  After my first bad experience my daughter told me I should try them again to give them another shot.  My last experience was today and it was horrible.  We waited an hour for two chicken Phillys. Someone walked in after us and ordered same thing and they handed our chicken philly's to him because they knew him and he literally waited for five minutes.  My order was made wrong and my food was not fresh after sitting there for an HOUR. Smh I try to support black business but this is unacceptable!
