I went for over 2 years. I am amazed I lasted as long as I did. The colour they use was very hard on my hair.  Lovely at first but faded, dried out and a regrowth line every time after 5 weeks. I like the salon atmosphere but that isn't entirely what I am paying for. I now go to where many of their staff have came from where I now get perfect colour with no regrowth line and pay less that this salon (plus they bad mouth where they were trained). Also, Indaba is very unaccommodating if you are even 5 minutes late and will make you reschedule! Plus the tips are shared amongst all staff even if they have never served you (wrong). I chose to write this review as they have recently disappointed a friend of mine. It seems the same results & treatment were happening to her.

I've NEVER had a hairdresser as picky about a bob being even as Kari-Anne. Which is to say, I have a PERFECT haircut! Can't recommend Indaba enough!

Great hair stylists, who seem skilled and enjoy their work. Good service, with tea and coffee offered to you. Sustainably source products, showing the business cares about its environmental footprint.

Will never be back.  
Wouldn't recommend at all unless you want to go to see the great decorating.  As nice as anyone may be there- I want a professional haircut - not a new friend.
