Beautiful Forest preserve. Would give 5, but have a plethora of silly, if not dumb, rules on fishing. Would love to be able to bring my own kayak or canoe onto lake without having to rent one.
Still very nice. Great gardens of natural, local, plants.

One of the most beautiful places. All year round. Constant change of scenery. Doesn't get any better than this!

Great area, lots of nice sights and walking paths. Even has a beach and they allow catch and release fishing in the river and ponds. Open from 630 to sunset

Fantastic place for a walk, bike ride, or picnic.  There Children's Grove is an enclosed play area with near climbing features and a tunnel but not that great play structure.  Boats and dual rider bikes are available for rent and be there also a beach.  Rentals and beach require additional fee.  Car entrance is free to Lake County residents so ideally have a resident per vehicle with ID.

I hope and prey they never develop this beautiful natural preserve. Great place. Never get tired of visiting this park.
