Called them yesterday to have someone come look at electric water heater. Told deb that it popped the circuit then stopped working. I gave her make and model serial numbers said she call me back . I call back 25 mins later she quoting me a price for new heater. she looked up heater and no longer make model says there is nothing they can do but buy a new one even after I told looks like element was shot . she stated could not get parts for it . I was even willing to pay 80$ just to have someone look at my water heater.  So I want to give a shot out to HOME DEPOT for the element kit  AND YOUTUBE for the tutorial .saved me some money doing it myself.

If you need plumbing parts and good advice, this is the place.  They know their stuff and have what you need in stock. Great prices too!

Very unhappy with their service.  Plumber came & worked less than 2 hours on a toilet that was leaking (replaced line).  At the end, said the toilet had a hairline crack and needed to be replaced.  Plus plumber left the floor wet and dirty.  Charged $170+.  Paid bill under protest.  Scheduled new plumber - no hairline crack but had to replace faulty line which Independent Plumber replaced.  No more leaking.  SO UNHAPPY w/their service and lack of customer service.  Had used them twice in the past with no problem - but, will not call on them again.

Great service and product. Installed a water heater and the installer was courteous, clean, and very helpful. Thanks, would definitely recommend.
