I am from Ridgecrest, which is 82 miles north of this store. I visit this store whenever I visit Lancaster or on my way back from Ridgecrest to Los Angeles. The owner is very friendly and provides great service by him/his family members/employees. The food to eat is authentic Indian food and tasteful. In addition, most of the times there is variety in their selection of the cooked vegetables. The food is at a reasonable price with complete meal starting from $4.99. I usually take the next upgrade at $5.99 which adds another vegetable to the meal. Sweets are also very tasteful. Prices for other items, such as sweets, spices, vegetables, etc. in this store are also very reasonable. It is a one stop store for all your needs in Indian (India) groceries. Thanks to the owner and his family members for the services this family owned business provides to the community.

I find the best spices, rice and Indian breads there. The owner is attentive, the food's delicious and the mango lasso is fantastic.

Awesome sweets here. I wish I weren't on a low carb diet. Ask the clerks for recommendations, if you don't know what the sweets are like. I also like the savory snack selection they have here - again ask if you don't know. I don't know about the food for meals here, but I bet they are at least ok.

Interesting stuff, never been to an indian spice before but then the owner started hitting on me and felt very uncomfortable. He started asking about my sexual life. He was open and comfortable but i wasnt at all
