I remember the first time I went a few months ago. The place was okay and I was helped with no problem; however, the second time I went, it was just awful service from a different guy that was there. I asked a question about buying a replacement inner tube and it was like I was annoying him with my lack of knowledge about the differences between Schrader and Presta inner tube valves. It was just awful. Fortunately for him, I needed the inner tube. I won't be going back. I can't spend my money somewhere and be disrespected like that.

I bought a bike and accessories over the phone for my son who just moved to Mississippi. Tom and the staff at Indian Cycle were very friendly and super helpful. I highly recommend this shop!

I had a vintage 1956 Schwinn Corvette 3 spd revived from the dead here. You must understand the owner of Indian Cycle is your former Schwinn dealer since 1973. Tom is a man if exceptional business ethics who will move mountains to ensure his fellow cyclists are well satisfied with their experience at Indian Cycle Fitness and Outdoors. Never doubt their outstanding capability to fix any of your cycling problems for exceptional prices. Strictly speaking this is MY GO-TO shop for all my cycling needs. Go here, ask for Tom and feel confident you will be treated fairly and with the utmost respect by someone who knows cycling best.

Satisfied customer. My hat off to the management and staff for a outstanding job. I have a 7 speed that I'm converting to a 21 speed and they was great with helping me get the parts I needed to successfully complete the project. I was very impress with the service they provide. They have earned all my business . I Recommend them to anyone who rides a bike to stop by and talk to them even if they're not buying one. For the ones planning on buying a bicycle also. Great job. Keep on riding.
