When I first started coming to WorkOne was because I had to.. But then after I got there and found out what all they can help a person to do! I found it to be helpful, the staff was always courteous and polite. Always willing to help you out with any questions or concerns you have. But I only gave it 4 stars because there outside of the building it self communication skills are lacking! Never got to speak to the lady in charge of my case by phone or email! Causing me to loose my benifts.. But that's ok, cause they helped me find a job.. If you go just because you want your checks to keep coming and don't want to work, well then you will find it irritating. But if you are for real and want to work! This place will help you ...

Work one is the worst. I live near Shelbyville. We don't have a full office here. I'm scheduled for a workshop on Monday at shadeland. Of course when you call there is absolutely no way to speak to an actual person. So I am going to have to use my time and gas to drive to Indianapolis just to reschedule. Kind of tough when you only have $100 a week while looking for a job.

WorkOne East...Poor communication. No accountability. One must believe these services are less designed to help and more to make sure it's keeping you from receiving benefits. After losing a job this is more of a disservice to those in hard times needing assistance. Its a regression if you once held a decent paying job.

Misled and lied to. Terrible customer service representatives pick and choose who they truly want to help and very judgemental seems that those who comply Get taken through circles While others commit fraud how does this happen
