I've never had such a terrible experience with an insurance company in my life. Unbeknownst to me, my local agent transferred my insurance over to a car I got a quote on. It took over a month to fix. My accident was in March and due to the fact that my claims adjuster AND her supervisor aren't courteous enough to return my calls promptly or if at all, I still don't have my issue resolved. They are the cheapest but their professionalism matches that.

Still the worse company I've ever had to deal with. The women working in the Anderson location are the most incompetent bunch I've ever had to deal with. I called Oct. 2 to ask questions about my policy.  What did they do? Changed my policy AGAIN! Be aware that if you call them to ask questions about your policy they will probably make unauthorized changes to your account. I will be shopping for new insurance this week. Unfortunately the fact that they are the cheapest doesn't make up for the fact that they don't know what they are doing.

Have always had the best service from our cars to our homeowners ins. Twenty years ago our home burned and we had prompt and courteous service. Will always remember their kindness. Have had them for at least 35 years starting back before we moved to Anderson.
