We have always had a great experience with Farm Bureau Insurance. The office staff has always been super nice and willing to help where ever needed. Our agent is great as well. Never had an issue and the prices have always been reasonable when comparing. I'm sure we will continue for years to come.

We have been with IFB for over 20 years and when we have had a claim, they have paid it out (hail damage on our home). Office staff is very helpful. Our agent has tried to help us save money over the years. We have our farm and our vehicles insured through them.

Although the insurance is reasonably priced and the agents are knowledgeable, the office staff will tell you your payment is going to be one price and then your bank account will be charged more. I do not recommend auto withdraw of your premium payment. Also, when you bring this discrepancy to their attention, they will never take responsibility for the incorrect information that they give. They will blame "home office" to no end. In other words, it is never their fault.

Farm Bureau manipulates the policy and the customer so they can steal your premium money and your claim money!  They add fraudulent endorsements to the policy so they can raise your premiums using two sets of records!  They will not refund your money!  Nothing but liars and theives!
