I had an experience this morning - of course, you go to the doctor's office because you do not feel well.  Piece of advice - if you go to Pod Y to check be sure to have your insurance card with you because if you do not the two ladies (one young and one older) will make you feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome.  So when you don't feel well then treated like that, I said I would reschedule and as I walked away then choice words came out like "A%$hole" - wrong on my part, yes.  The older one yells across the reception area "Not sure what your problem is, you are the one who doesn't have your insurance card!!"  Real Classy, there were only like 5-10 other people in the Reception area. My response was just as classy with a "F*#$ You, Lady"  

Dr Andrew Dick is a phenomenal doctor, very attentive and very thorough.  I would recommend him to everyone.  Nurse Practitioner Ginelle (Sp?) is awesome.  Most of his staff is very nice.  Reception Clerks - if you hate your job, find another where you do not have to deal with people because no one needs to feel small if they do not have all the information you require.  I have no apology for you.

I apologize to anyone else who was sitting in the Reception Area during this incident as well to Dr. Andrew Dick.  Thank you for your care but I will find another doctor.

I was ten minutes early for my appointment. I left when the nurse practitioner was an hour late to see me. Who knows how long it would have been if I had kept waiting. My time is valuable and I don't like making appointments for people that don't show up on time.

This was after I had an appointment scheduled the week before and no one called me to tell me it had to be cancelled.

I should mention, Dr.Dick and NP Ginelle are awesome. I'm sad to be leaving the practice because I really adore them.

I am a disabled veteran so I called to get my fmla paperwork filled out and they said bring it in and 25 dollars we fill it out took it in on the 4th of sprig the called said no you need an appointment.  Seen the dr on the 7th he said no problem went to check out and get the paperwork the office manager said oh no it takes a day or 2 to fill out . Here it is the 12th and she said I will get it when she is ready to get it to me. Worst staff ever. Very rude and care nothing about patient  service.
