They don't deserve the ratings they have now but I can understand why their so low. For 3 years we've had the towns sewer running though our back yard. They refuse to do anything, them or the local health department. At the beginning they done dye test for the closest surrounding houses and made them replace their septics but then eventually the guy doing it quit his job and the state supposenly took over but still haven't seen or heard anything. Except the one appearance they made stating they were doing their best and that was it. I have live stock and we live off of that live stock and we have children. The run around is getting old and I really don't know where else to turn.

I don't understand why it takes so long to get a birth certificate  in the state of Indiana for my children. I ordered my birth certificate  from Florida and received  it in less than a week. Indiana is at least 90 days!! I am needing their birth certificates ASAP. Don't bother calling  because you get sent straight to voice-mail and they will never call you back

I have contacted to them MULTIPLE TIMES about sharp object contained in mc flurry at mcdonald's in Merchant mile. I was also mistreated by an employee at there. they don't care about our safety and health. it's very scary that one of Mcflurry was for my kid!! glad I found out quick enough and took it away from my kid. the manager at mcdonald's seems dont care either never gotten responses from both of companies.

Not knowledgeable at all I. Called about eyelash extension certifications bc documents say different than the website and the lady just connects me to some random switch board where they're asking who's my state representative? I called back twice now they're not answering the phone

My 5 star rating is to commend this agency for their data reporting on the Covid-19 infection/death statistics on a state and county level. Their tools have been well made and very intuitive since the beginning and continue to be a powerful resource to the citizens of the state.

They don’t care about black people reporting complaints about local businesses. I was told I’m sure they have other black customers.

If I could, I would give this government agency zero0 stars, as they perform as well as the federal government. It took 6 months to get copies of my dad’s birth certificate, which was needed to file for VA benefits. He passed away on November 18th, 2021. I just received them in the mail today. What a joke.

If you need a copy of your birth certificate absolutely do not go through the state department. Go to the health department in the county you were born in because they can get it to you in a fraction of the time the state department will. I don't know what takes them 12 weeks to generate a copy of a single piece of paper but it's not worth your time or energy. They refuse to expedite or rush order anything and are rather rude if you ask. Hopefully I never need to contact them again because they are horrible to work with.

How or who do I talk to to complain about the medical staff at a county jail  Gibson county, In.  the jail has no medical staff available on the weekends. Staff has no clue what to do in a medical situation and people has lost their life because of this !!!

I ordered a birth certificate for a cruise and after three months of waiting they said it was back ordered another 90 BUSINESS days.  I don’t live in state so I can’t just go in. This is absolutely the worst place ever. By the way…I’m still waiting.
