Indiana Yoga Studio is a school of Yoga and Health dedicated to sharing the most authentic healing aspects of the ancient traditions of Yoga. In our quest for nourishing the body, mind and spirit, we rely on the wisdom of teachings that have proven to be effective over thousands of years. The physical postures are only a part of what we teach. Breathwork, meditation, Ayurveda/nutrition, and basic lifestyle changes are just some of the ancient teachings we share through our weekly classes and monthly workshops taught by senior local and nationally recognized teachers. We offer 20+ classes per week including restorative, various levels of vinyasa, yin, ashtanga inspired, Barre, and prenatal. Our Yoga Alliance approved 200hr & 500hr YTT programs are some of the most comprehensive in the state. We also offer several service-oriented retreats to Costa Rica and India throughout the year.
