If I only read the reviews of this place I prob would not have gone there. My family was there about a month ago and found it to be one of our favorites this season. Bathrooms are small but every site is pretty much full hook up and I think that having to pay to shower helps keep the lines moving so you don't have to wait forever like some other parks. Its so close to sleeping bear area and really in a great location. Staff seemed fine, pool was great and really no complaints. I'm actually heading there again in a few days and I never camp at the same place twice in a season.

What a Fantastic campground! We have been here for five days and are leaving today. The location is perfect! When we arrived we were greeted by Ada, who is a great representation of this fine facility! She was super helpful and treated us very warmly. Within minutes we met our escort Jimmy. He took his time with us and made us feel right at home. We stayed at site 416, one of the new ones. Our vacation was perfect and Indigo was a big part of that! God bless you all and your campground!

We were very pleased with our experience at Indigo Bluffs. Upon arrival we were greeted by friendly staff. We were escorted to our RV Resort site by a staff member who assisted us in parking and setting up. Everyone was very friendly. Very clean site and plenty of green space in between lots. Great location.

Very nice campground, good size lots, even with rain.. Tough to keep bathrooms clean b/c of wet sand being tracked in by everyone, they did try to keep ahead of it. Nice area...gray location for going to Sleeping Bear Dunes National Seashore. Very large campground.

We stayed here over a long Fourth of July weekend and we were disappointed in the campground. Not only were sites extremely close together and utilities often far from the center of the site, the sites were pure dirt and had clearly not been raked still from last fall! Our site was covered in dead leaves and was just a total mess. Well we found the staff who helped get us into our site to be helpful, the women in the main office were absolutely unfriendly. I stood around for nearly 10 minutes waiting for someone to help me while three ladies stood there and talked about nothing work-related whatsoever. There was only one other camper in the office at that time. Other people in our party also had bad interactions with the same people. These few things coupled with the fact that it was terribly difficult to reserve a site and have them get back with us, will make us not stay here again. This is a great location with great potential, but comes up incredibly short. Stay at the Platte River Campground which is far cleaner and the sites are 10 times bigger. Bummed about this stay and the office women who acted too good to help.
