I would like to comment on the salon's lack of communication. Before I considered buying a groupon for hair coloring, I emailed the salon from their COMPANY site AND I called each of the stylists that had a groupon listed. I called numerous times and left messages with two of the stylists (the only ones who had voicemail even set up.) It has now been days and I have not heard a thing. Just goes to show that people are willing to pay for good customer service. I am taking my business elsewhere and will probably pay full price to the salon that got back to me right away.

Tessie did my dermaplaning with facial today. The room was warm and comfortable and my skin is absolutely glowing. I have lived all over and had many a facial done, this was one of my best experiences. They have a new happy customer with me! Try them out!!!!

Terrible service! 

The Stylist, JJ, was completely inept. We discussed putting in brownish red highlights and she had to consult another stylist for the proper color to use. After applying my highlight color, I sat for over an hour. She checked in on me twice but said the color wasn't taking and that I should wait some more. Eventually, I got fed up and said I would take whatever color the highlights were at that time. WHICH WAS NO COLOR! She must have forgotten to mix in something because my hair is the same color now as it was before I went. She did a very poor straightening job and my cut was subpar with it not being short enough and the layers almost nonexistent. 

When I contacted the owner of the salon, Martina, she said there was nothing that she could do since each booth is individually rented and she isn't their boss. I understand that but as an owner of a business, it is within her means to refund for the amount spent. Those stylists pay booth rent. She could have refunded me if she wanted to. That's poor business ethics.

Best facial I have EVER had. Everyone was so kind and genuine, the rooms are spacious and private!
