Usually I don't have the time, or energy, to leave reviews... but I had to after this facial. 

I am a young entrepreneur who is running her own business and has a hard time relaxing. But Allison did it for me! When I say she has the most amazing, warm, welcoming personality I mean it. I have had a hard time finding an skin therapist I like. But I love her! I had an unfortunate experience at this spa once before, but after Allison my faith has been restored! I am so glad to see them expanding their tastes and hiring someone who marches to the best of her own drum. Unfortunately, due to out of country trips, I wasn't unable to rebook with her, but I can GIRANTEE that after the amazing facial I had, I will be back. And often! My skin looks and feels amazing.

Started going to Indulgences to see Kimberly for facials one year ago this month...she is the best!  I get so many compliments on my skin

It was perfect!!!From the greeting coming in the door,receptionist, to Mandy whom done our spray tan,,I love love love'd my experience,,,,Im african American and alot of us tend to steer clear of the unordinary....You will absolutely love them.......The glow added to your skin is perfect,, Check this place out....

I use to come in regularly to this salon back in 2009. I moved away and then return hoping for the same experience of quality if not close to it for the price I pay. Needless to say the spray tanning is awful, you will be advertised to buy products that is supposed to make it last and then you use it to help keep your tan but within 24 hours you already look two toned. I tried again since I had paid for VIP. Explained to Joel and another lady my dissatisfaction hoping I would be able to come in and have her fix it. No I was charged and the second time looked worse than the first time. This is the first time I have ever considered on writing a review and I hate it but I told the manager before she hung up on me that I would write a review since she just wanted to keep money and not give an exceptional service. I will say on a positive note: the facial was an acceptable quality a bit pricey for waxing though. You can have it done just as good at the nail salon. If you schedule a month in advance be ware they will NOT call and remind you of your appointment.

I got my first ever facial from Kimberly, and it was amazing!  I was feeling a little unhappy with my skin and she made it glow!  The receptionist was lovely as well.  I could not be more pleased.
