I have been going here for over a decade. 

Great customer service which is important for those of us who do not really know what we are doing. You do need to take a number and wait to talk to a representative. But the wait is usually less than 15 minutes and they have made great suggestions and have been really helpful.

Nice and clean. Well laid out so you can find what you need; and see all that is available if you do not really know what you need. Hot and cold rolled steel, brass, aluminum, tool steel, sheet steel are all in stock. Large supply of remnants at a great price. Lots of tooling for working the metals.

If you do know what you need and get it yourself, then the check out at the front door gets you out quickly.

They will have what you need but you will wait a loooooong time to actually get it, customer service here is absolutely horrible. I wish there was somewhere else to get metals!

Wow! The driver was ignorant and arrogant. Delivery turned to a really negative experience. Not only we had to sit there wait for the only specific time of the day he could deliver, but he even refused to unload shipment from the truck, let alone bring it to our store. 'Does your Insurabce cover me?' Was his remark. I think his name was Tony. This service was definitely a joke!

Terrible wait time for Will Call. They didn't meet they're promise time they gave me. We do much business with them but I intend to look elsewhere from now on. BAD customer service and wait time. Not coming here again.
