Great place to train BJJ. I got a free private class with an awesome instructor, then we rolled a bit and they lent me a Gi to join the regular class, which was a blast. Everyone was really friendly and I felt welcome from the moment I walked in.

Coming from someone whom has not trained in martial arts in a fair amount of time, this gym made me comfortable enough to feel like it was the  ideal place to get back into it. After being recommended by a friend of mine,   I decided  try my first Kickboxing class tonight and I really loved it ! The head instructor Richie is  so knowledgeable and patient . He made students both new and experienced be able to work each other. The class  were both cardio and technique focused ; something that I seek for in all my workouts and this place delivered . I 'll be soon. Real soon :)

It is the best gym I've ever been. Despite my poor English, their explanations are easy to understand and the people are incredibly friendly. Even though you are a beginner at martial arts, there is no problem to start it at this school.

It was really intimidating walking in as they were in a middle of a session, but Ritchie gave me a warm welcome and showed me where to go. I had an intro session with Ian and he was really nice and the session was really fun even though I didn't know anything. Everyone was just so welcoming and the atmosphere was great. Due to time conflicts I don't think I'll be attending regular classes as a member but I highly recommend if anyone is looking for a gym! I will definitely go back when I have the chance.
