I really like Ingles. They're gluten free friendly and have a variety of organic foods which is important to me. If you need something gluten free ask at the deli if they don't have it they'll order it for you

Thank you store manager guy for looking grumpy yet being so nice. You’ve got the gift of perma-frown but every time I see you interacting with customers, you’re pretty nice. I just want to give you a hug. I wish the Chinese food was tastier. The one time I gave it a chance was like the one time I decided to try acid. Everything was too spicy and tasted the same. Okay nothing like tripping on acid other than it was a regrettable decision in my life. Your delicious sub sandwiches make up for the sub-par lo mein.

Great Place to buy Groceries,Stacy runs a great Deli,and Lisa has an awesome Bakery, Jacob T does a good Job Running the Cash Register,and bagging my groceries.The Store manager is always Helpful. Caleb and David always do a great job in the Pharmacy. One stop Shopping.Starbucks on site is a big plus also.
